The provided table illustrates the outcomes of a questionnaire regarding public and individual perceptions of the newly introduced theatre in a specific town in 2012, showing three opinions across three distinct metrics.
What is immediately striking from the data is that all three surveyed categories were generally well received, with theatre quality showing the greatest polarization between club members and the general public. Despite this disparity, quality remained the most highly evaluated aspect, in stark contrast to information, which received by far the highest proportion of poor remarks.
The quality of the new cultural institute was overwhelmingly in favor of positive ratings, particularly among club members, 88% of whom considered this aspect excellent. This contrasted sharply with the above-average rating of 53% from the general population. Moderate approval (satisfaction) for this metric also showed a marked divergence, with 40% of the public expressing satisfaction compared to only 10% of club members. Poor evaluations therefore stood at 7% and 2% for the public and members respectively.
Information was the measure with more comparable statistics. Positive approval ratings were reported at 66% for the public and 54% for club members.
