What is immediately striking upon observing the depiction is the stark transformation that will likely transpire, with the area presumably transitioning from an aviation-centric to an industry-focused area, alongside increased commuter accessibility, arterial connectivity, and traffic integration. Equally noteworthy is the expected addition of infrastructural components such as an added circular interchange, highways, and pedestrian pathways, all of which, if predictions materialise, may promote greater access to the heart of town.

The current spatial framework showcases the town centre positioned within the southeastern quadrant, being encircled by the bordering Ring Road, which can be accessed via Brampton Road running all the way from the outskirts of town.
